Silver

 Silver is a black and silver male German Shepherd. I started my kennel with Silver as my male stud dog. He was my husbands big baby. He loved to ride in any of our vehicles. He could have been a truck drives dream but he was our big baby. He was very well mannered. He loved to go on trips with us. When I got him a hamburger at a restaurant he would open the sandwich up and let it cool off before he ate it. He was so smart. He would take my hand in his mouth and take me to the door of our house if he wanted me to go in the house. He would take my hand and take me to the car if he wanted to go for a ride. Silver was a joy to have and to love. I am so happy his genes are still running in my kennel today. He was an amazing German Shepherd. He could ground track and air track naturally. Silver was in a ACA confirmation dog show July 1st and 2nd in Poplar Bluff, Mo. There were two shows each day. Silver took the Best of Breed each show. In the working class Best of Show he won 2nd, 4th, and took the Best of Show in the last show of the working class. Then he went to Best of Show All Breed and he won the Best of Show All Breed. The judges took all four dogs that had one the Best of Show All Breed[the top dog from each of the four shows] and judged them for the 2011 Grand Champion Best of Show. Silver was awarded the Grand Champion Best of Show, ribbon, etched bowl, dog food, mugs, and lots of smiles and hugs from me. I was so proud of him! Silver went to several more ACA dogs shows in Poplar Bluff, MO. He won best of breed many more times. In April 2013 Silver took best of breed in the two shows he was in and at that point he had collected enough points from the dog shows he had won that he is now Championed out. I was so proud of him. When he moved around the show ring he was so graceful and just beautiful. He is an amazing German Shepherd. He was always an amazingly alert, mannerly ,loving dog at the dog shows. I was very proud of Silver! We are very proud Silver is a loving member of our family! Silver has been retired.
